Papaya, Banana and Pineapple Vegan Smoothie

You may think by now that I am a pinapple fan! Pineapple has a beautiful fresh sweetness to it that uplifts the smoothie experience. I chose this recipe as it is not only healthy but also a great start to a warm day. The flavours are so fresh and vibrant that it almost works as a palete cleanser. For this recipe I used fozen papaya (you can substitute with fresh, I would recommend freezing it the day before though), pineapple, orange and banana.

Ingredients:

Banana: 1/2

Papaya: 1/2 cup

Pineapple: 1/4 cup cut into meduim chunks

Orange Juice: 1/2cup

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add in a few chia seeds for extra nutrition and texture. Serve chilled.
